Digital gift cards typically have a 12-month validity from the purchase date. Validity may vary by brand, and this can be reviewed before purchase. There are no hidden fees - you only pay the discounted price for the gift cards you buy. All terms are clearly displayed before purchase.
Brand Packs are groups of brand vouchers. Every user gets to collect Brand Pack 1 first. Brand Pack 2, Brand Pack 3 etc are wider selections that contain additional brands. At the end of each Group Deal, you get to select and redeem one Voucher, the saving on which is guaranteed, no matter which Brand Pack you collect.
Once a Brand Pack is in your cart, you select the brand you want and can place your order within the time provided.
Shopping vouchers are typically delivered to your app wallet within 3 minutes upon purchase - you can find them in the Vouchers page. You will receive redemption codes that can be saved for later, or used right away at partner platforms and wallets.
Yes! The program is designed such that the fee you pay in any Group Deal (even if there are no other participants) or Insta Buys will never be more than your guaranteed savings. This means you always save money!
After claiming a deal, if you change your mind; just go ahead and delete the unwanted items from your Cart within the time provided. For group deals, if Brand Pack 1 didn't fill up, we will refund your Store Credits (in fact, if you cancel on the same day, we will refund the free Credits too!). For any other group deals, as well as for all Insta Buys, we will refund your Store Credit in the form of BB Cash. A small service fee applies.
